1 General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bgbets services — including the website, mobile app, and all associated platforms. Creating an account or using bgbets in any way means you have read and fully agreed to these terms.

Bgbets is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform, operating in full compliance with the regulations set by the relevant licensing authority.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must register using your accurate and truthful personal details.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online betting is fully prohibited.
• Individuals who have taken self-exclusion due to mental health or financial difficulties are not eligible to register.

2 Account Registration & KYC Verification

When creating an account on bgbets, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Registering with false information is a violation of our terms and may result in account termination.

One Account Policy

Each person is allowed only one bgbets account. If multiple members of the same household wish to use separate accounts from the same device or network, please notify our support team in advance.

KYC Verification Process

KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any time as determined by bgbets. The following documents will be needed:

• A clear photo of your National ID or passport (both sides).
• Mobile number OTP verification.
• Proof of address if required (utility bill or bank statement).

Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your bgbets account password and login credentials confidential. bgbets will not be held liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login details with another person.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on bgbets are supported through popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Full payment details can be found in the Cashier section of the platform.

Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name — not from a third party's account.
• The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method used.
• Bgbets does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Bgbets reserves the right to hold any suspicious deposit pending verification.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• First-time withdrawals may take 1–2 business days. For verified accounts, processing is typically completed within 30 minutes to 4 hours.
• Bonus-related balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Every bonus and promotion at bgbets comes with its own terms. Specific promotion terms apply alongside the general bonus conditions — it's important to read both together.

Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before a withdrawal can be made. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus can only be claimed once — duplicate claims from the same device, network, or identity will not be accepted.
• Bonuses that are not used before their expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• Winnings from free bets are paid out as cash, though wagering requirements may apply in many cases.
• Bgbets reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected.
• Low-risk hedging bets — such as placing wagers on both sides of the same match — will not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

5 Betting Rules

All betting activity on bgbets is subject to a set of general rules. Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games may each have their own specific rules.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bgbets reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, stakes are generally refunded — specific rules depend on the type of event.
• Separate rules apply for single bets, accumulators, and system bets.

Maximum Win Limit

Each betting category on bgbets has a maximum win limit in place. This limit may vary depending on the odds, market type, and event. Limit details are displayed at the time of bet placement.

Odds Changes

Bgbets reserves the right to adjust odds on live betting markets based on real-time conditions. The odds locked in at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply — any subsequent changes do not affect settled bets.

6 VIP Program & Points System

The bgbets VIP Program rewards members with points and benefits based on their betting activity. The following terms apply to participation in the VIP Program.

Earning & Redeeming Points

• VIP points are earned based on your total wager amount — regardless of whether you win or lose.
• Points do not expire, but only points earned in the last 30 days count toward determining your VIP tier.
• Points are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• Bgbets may update the rules of the points system at any time.

VIP Tiers & Benefits

VIP tier benefits apply for the duration that the tier remains active. Benefits change when your tier changes. bgbets reserves the right to update VIP benefit details without prior individual notice.

7 Responsible Betting Policy

Bgbets takes responsible betting seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment — not as a solution to financial problems. We want you to play with enjoyment and in control.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a given period.
• Session Timer: Set a time limit on how long you can play in a single session.
• Taking a break: Take a voluntary break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently suspend your account for an extended period.

All bgbets members may use these tools free of charge. Upon a self-exclusion request, bgbets will stop sending promotional and marketing communications to that member.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Bgbets reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or incomplete information during registration.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse, match manipulation, or artificially constructed betting patterns.
• Refusing to complete KYC verification or submitting fraudulent documents.
• Use of third-party payment methods.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Using an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use an account.

What Happens to Your Balance Upon Account Closure

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, the associated balance and bonuses may be forfeited. However, if you voluntarily close your account, your verified balance will be returned.

9 Privacy & Personal Data

• Members' personal information is used for identity verification, payment processing, and customer support.
• Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
• Bgbets uses TLS encryption to keep all data secure.

10 Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

Bgbets may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email address or in-app notification.

Dispute Resolution Process

1. Start by submitting a written complaint to the bgbets support team.
2. The support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
3. If the resolution is unsatisfactory, you may appeal to bgbets' dispute resolution department.
4. As a last resort, members have the option to escalate a complaint directly to the licensing authority.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of bgbets' licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute, resolution through mutual discussion is always the preferred course of action.
